Zebra Printing
Problems
Zebra offers three different "printer languages"
for it's mobile printers - CPCL, ZPL and EPL. Our Zebra support is
limited to only CPCL-equipped Zebra printers.
Some Zebra printers are equipped with more than one
language - for example the Zebra QL "Plus" series of printers comes
with CPCL, ZPL and EPL support. If you have a Zebra CPCL printer
that is not printing correctly with our software (for example, the
print job is sent to the printer but only a thick black line is
printed), try the following steps:
1. Download and install to your desktop PC Zebra's
free Label Vista program here:
http://www.zebra.com/id/zebra/na/en/index/products/software/label_design_software/label_vista.html
2. Run Label Vista on your desktop PC with the
Zebra printer connected.
3. Click on Printer menu -> Printer Settings ->
General tab -> "Set Printer Language" = LINE_PRINT.
4. Now try printing with our Zebra support again.
Note: Contact Zebra support if you need assistance
for any of these steps.
